Pop-Up Guidelines & Agreement

I understand the vendor fee is $25 per day and agree to pay the fee for each approved date.

I understand my entire setup must fit within one 5-foot display space. I will not bring additional tables, racks, displays, tents, signage, or merchandise that extends beyond the approved space unless I receive permission in advance.

I understand that submitting requested dates does not guarantee those dates. My pop-up is confirmed only after approval from Neighbors Mercantile.

I agree to keep entrances, exits, sidewalks, and customer walkways clear at all times.

I am responsible for bringing, setting up, supervising, and removing my own merchandise and display.

I will leave the area clean and remove all merchandise, displays, packaging, and trash when my pop-up is finished.

I understand that I am responsible for my own products, sales, payment collection, permits, licensing, taxes, insurance, and other requirements that may apply to my business.

I understand that Neighbors Mercantile may ask me to adjust or remove any display, signage, merchandise, or activity that does not fit the space or environment.
